What is the Youth Employment Services (YES) Program?

The YES Program has been designed to help you get a job, get into school and solve the problems that have been holding you back. YES can help you by giving you the tools that will enable you to earn money, become independent and reach your full potential.

How Much Does the YES Program Cost?

The program is FREE! There is no cost to you. YES is funded by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and is part of the One Stop System.

How Does YES Work?

The YES Program will assign you a Case Manager who will help you to identify
your educational and employment interests and goals. Your Case Manager will meet with you at least once a week to develop a Strategy Plan which will help you to make the connections and gain access to the services that can help you achieve your goals. YES, a part of the One Stop System provides educational strategies and other types of assistance specifically servicing youth of Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.
